Corporate Actions Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Voluntary Corporate Actions
    • Tenders
    • Mergers
    • Unit Splits
    • Conversion of Preferred Stock to Common
    • Warrant and Right Exercises
    • Put Bonds and Death Puts
  2. Mandatory Corporate Actions
    • Name Changes
    • Mergers – Cash and Stock
    • Bond Lotteries
    • Reverse Splits
    • Municipal Defeasance
    • Bond/Note Maturities
    • Bankruptcy

Requirements:
